FOMO is the program no one wants to miss. It stems from an in-depth exploration of the challenges faced by Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). The study “Building Resilience” published by Civic House in 2025, provided the key insights needed to define this program’s priorities.

How do we achieve it?
Readiness test
A deep and tailored assessment of your organization: cost structure, revenue streams, operational gaps, and concrete growth opportunities. You will receive a detailed, individualized report.
Circular fund (for 4 selected organizations)
You will be able to apply for patient capital of USD 5,000 (to be co-invested with an additional USD 5,000) to accelerate the implementation of your revenue model, with additional support.
FOMO bootcamp
You will design your own sustainability plan, build your operational efficiency roadmap, and develop your first revenue model hypotheses through a blended learning experience: pre-recorded online content that you can go through at your own pace, and live virtual sessions for exchange and discussion, with expert guidance.
Community of practice
You will be part of a regional network of social impact organizations going through the same process: sharing learnings, resources, challenges, and solutions through ongoing sessions and forums.

Personalized coaching (1-on-1)
You will have a dedicated expert who will support you weekly for 3 months to implement your plan. You will also receive follow-up with quarterly metrics over 9 months to ensure you achieve your goals.
Final report and roadmap
At the end, you will receive a personalized 36-month roadmap with clear metrics, measurable milestones, and a concrete action plan for the next three years.
By the end of FOMO, participating organizations will have achieved:
